Our Services

Navigating end of life care for pets can be difficult and emotional. Dr. Bergin is here to help guide families and their beloved pets through these complicated emotions with care and compassion.

Euthanasia appointment - $300

This fee includes travel to your home, helping your pet pass, and a clay paw print. Aftercare options (cremation) are in addition. 

Evening fees, travel fees outside of the service area, and large pet fees (over 100 lb) may apply.

Private Cremation - Your pet will travel with Dr. Bergin, be cremated completely on their own, and their ashes and urn will be hand delivered back to you in ~2 weeks.

Pets <40 lb- $250

Pets 40-99 lb - $300

Pets >99 lb - $350

Communal Cremation - This is an option for families who do not wish to have their pet's ashes returned to them. Your pet would still travel with Dr. Bergin, be cremated with other pets, and their ashes are spread on private property.

Pets <40 lb - $100

Pets 40-99 lb - $125

Pets >99 lb - $150

In-home Euthanasia

All in-home euthanasia appointments include the following

  • Consultation with a veterinarian to discuss the appointment and answer any questions 

  • Deep sedation for your pet to keep them comfortable and relaxed

  • Peaceful passing for your pet

  • Clay paw print

Aftercare

Forever Memories Pet Care works with a local crematory to provide families with private and communal cremation options

Aftercare services include

- Safe transportation of your pet to the crematory

- Cremation

- Return of your pet's ashes (if desired) directly to you
